It is also necessary to consider the number of sites from which a particular species is known. To a certain extent, this will approximate the genetic diversity represented by the seed sources. It can be seen that most of the native species encountered during seed collecting were very poorly-represented with ca. two-thirds (66.2%) represented in just 1-3 sites.
